Portable noncontact, infrared temperature measuring thermometer features adjustable emissivity. This control provides the widest possible range for accurately measuring different surface temperatures. Unique gun design allows one-handed use.
Traceable to NIST for accuracy
To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). Adjustable emissivity from 0.2 to 1.0 in increments of 0.01. Field of view is 7:1 (for example, at a distance of 21 inches the reading spot size is 3 inches). Surface temperature range is switchable from –4.0 to 752°F and –20.0 to 400°C. Resolution is 0.1°. Accuracy is ±3°C or ±3% of the reading, whichever is greater. Type K temperature range is –148.0 to 2372.0°F and –100.0 to 1300°C. Resolution is 0.1°. Accuracy is ±(1% + 2°F) or (1% + 1°C).
