Ideal for tissue culture applications, this ergonomic, handheld manifold is designed to aid in supernatant removal from various containers. Vacuum pressure of the aspirator is adjusted by a pressure-sensitive control button located on top of the device. Residual suction level can be adjusted via a plastic screw located opposite the control button. To prevent drippage of waste liquids from the tip or pipet, and to precisely meet a variety of user requirements, valve can be adjusted from fully open to fully closed. Device may be used in connection with an in-house system or in stand-alone applications. Unit is supplied with a single-channel adapter for disposable tips. Aspirator is entirely autoclavable.
