Flow Control for Two Different Applications
The MZ2C NT Synchro vacuum system has two vacuum ports, each with manual flow control/ Check valves isolate each port from each other to minimize interference or backflushing. An inlet catchpot collects vacuum line condensates to preserve vacuum pump performance, and an outlet condenser allows the recovery of solvent vapors that pass through the pump.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The integral MZ2C diaphragm vacuum pump of the MZ2C NT Synchro vacuum system features PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for excellent corrosion resistance. Catchpots are made of borosilicate glass. Many applications do not require a cold trap!
Quiet, Trouble-Free Operation
The MZ2C NT Synchro operated near ultimate vacuum is whisper quiet, with sound pressure levels comparable to a quiet, face-to-face conversation. The integrated VACUUBRAND diaphragm has typical service intervals of 10,000-15,000 operating hours, with no oil to monitor or change, and no oil mist.
The MZ2C NT Synchro dry diaphragm vacuum system is supplied complete with one phase motor, on/off switch, cable with plug, operating manual, and one year manufacturer’s warranty.
