
Robert Preville - CEO, Founder
Robert executes strategic growth initiatives for Global Test Supply and oversees overall management for the Company. Prior to founding the company, he was a founding employee and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MFG, Inc., a leading online marketplace that provides a web-based sourcing platform for buyers and sellers of contract manufacturing services. Preville was instrumental in the development of the MFG.com platform, and was involved in all aspects of the company's rapid growth, including operational management, fundraising, public relations, product development, and strategic growth.
His career began at Electronic Data Systems, also known as EDS, as an application engineer and channel manager for Unigraphics Solutions supporting their CAD/CAM software platform. He was also a founding member of Adtell Developing, Inc., an internet solutions provider. Preville holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where he also participated in the four-year IBM Total Quality Management Program.

Randy Swartz - Vice President Operations
Randy manages day-to-day operations for Global Test Supply. Swartz is a proven and experienced leader of international organizations. Prior to joining Global Test Supply, Swartz was CEO of Chemtex International, a technology transfer company, with responsibilities for 800 employees in 3 countries. Under his leadership, Chemtex net income grew by 60%.
Prior to that, he was CEO of Day & Zimmerman International, a full-service engineering and contruction company, ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the largest privately held businesses. During Swartz's tenure, the Company increased profitabiltiy year over year.
Randy began his career and spent 20 years in various management roles at DuPont. Randy holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University.
